LOSS AND GRIEF in an inescapable part of the human experience. Although there are essentially common patterns and steps along the grief journey, each of us is an individual and thus processes our grief in our own unique way. We all experience grief from death losses but more often the grief in our lives stems from non-death loss such as the loss of a job or career, our routines, key relationships, and moving.

Grief entered my life at a young age pulling me into the underworld realms without light or navigation instruments. Grief has been a life-long companion for which I am now a guide. Thus, my purpose has been to gather all the tools you could need along your grief odyssey and share them, so that you do not have to stumble around in the dark unable to see a way forward or out.

I have taught the psychology of grief and loss at undergraduate university level, co-facilitated loss and grief retreats and co-facilitated grief groups for teenagers. In 2020 I presented webinars on Grieving in Extraordinary Times and will continue those during 2021.
